Our referred Retail Office Agents perform many of the same duties as Call Center Agents, but in an office setting.  Many positions available include personal contact while conducting guest relations.  Equipped with the same task specific training,  you will enjoy a promising career as a customer service representative in an office setting.  Relationship building at it's best!  Either way, you'll love what you are doing.

Voice Applied Customer Service refers some of the best equipped and knowledgeable customer service executives in the industry.  Management level positions are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all guest relations activities.  Prior customer service experience is required for management and executive level positions available through Voice Applied Customer Service.

Telecommuting is an essential component to many customer service positions available.  With scheduling flexibility and tax breaks, being an independent contractor has it's rewards.  For those Customer Service Agents that have the necessary daily structure and ability to multi-task, at-home positions are available.  While the duties and responsibilities are the same, the setting is much more relaxed.
